The Program Framework

A 12-week journey in three intentional phases.

Your Circle experience unfolds in three soulfully guided phases (or “pillars”) that move you from awareness to embodiment — each weaving together reflection, discussion, and real-life integration.

Phase One: Awakening Intention — Returning to Your Why (Weeks 1-4)

Focus: Grounding in purpose and self-awareness.
This phase centers on slowing down, listening inward, and rediscovering your “why.” You’ll clarify what alignment looks and feels like for you, setting a soulful foundation for the weeks ahead.

Phase Two: Expanding Perspective — Opening to Possibility (Weeks 5–8)

Focus: Mindset, resilience, and creative expression.
Here, you’ll shift from self-discovery to expansion, cultivating new perspectives and patterns that support your growth. You’ll explore creative practices, mindset renewal, and emotional resilience as tools for thriving, not surviving.

Phase Three: Embodying Joy — Living in Flow (Weeks 9–12)

Focus: Integration and aligned action.
In the final phase, you’ll learn how to live what you’ve uncovered — transforming awareness into consistent action. You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and ready to navigate life with intention and ease.

Each phase includes weekly gatherings, guided reflections, micro-rituals, and space for integration. The result? Realignment that lasts — not because life got easier, but because you did.

  • Each circle is intentionally limited to eight women to keep it intimate, safe, and personal.

  • Neither. This is a guided self-alignment journey grounded in reflection, connection, and supportive community. It can beautifully complement therapy or coaching work.

  • Each gathering is 120 minutes, plus optional 30-90 minutes of reflection between sessions.

  • You’ll receive reflection notes and prompts to stay in rhythm, but the magic happens when you show up live.

  • You can transfer your spot to a future cohort before Week 3 if life circumstances change. Details are shared upon acceptance.

  • Not at all. We begin were you are. Every practice is approachable, gentle, and doable.
